Our Founder

Vantage Construction was founded by Victor R. Lobozzo (Sr.) in 1990. Vic has more than 45 years of experience in the construction industry, from his start as a N.J. Licensed Master Plumber (Lic. #600), to developing 100 acre parcels of land and creating beautiful residential subdivisions.

Victor A. Lobozzo (Jr.) has been working with Vic since his youth. He joined Vantage Construction full time after graduating Rutgers University in 1990, with a BA in Real Estate Development. Vic has more than 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of land development, infrastructure installation, building construction and construction management of numerous projects.

Vantage Construction partnered and started Stone Creek Realty in 1999. Since then Stone Creek has developed several exquisite Custom Luxury Homes throughout Somerset, Morris, Union and Essex counties and has cemented itself as one of the Premier Custom Home Builders conducting business throughout Central New Jersey. Our team of experienced contractors takes pride in building new homes in Somerset County, NJ.
