Vantage Construction built out my orthodontic office, in Long Hill Twp, 6 years ago. As a dental professional, it was very important to me to have an office that my patients loved to visit. I expressed my vision to Vantage and they delivered.
 
My office is as impressive now as it was six years ago. Patients are constantly expressing how beautiful the office is and how it is so different from the typical dental office. Recently, I decided to open another orthodontic practice in Franklin Lakes. Without hesitation, I approached Vic about the project. Once again, Vantage didn’t disappoint. From the french pattern tile installation to the custom counter-tops and cabinetry, the office has the “spa” look that I envisioned.
 
Vantage Construction is top-notch. Vic Sr. and Vic Jr. have a wealth of experience. They had great recommendations on how to improve my project while still keeping it within budget. Vantage doesn’t cut corners, they pay attention to every detail, and they do quality work. This is evident is the final product and I couldn’t be happier.

Wine cellar was handled by another contractor; however, Vic/Vantage Construction provided general over site for this component of the project.
 
Overall, very favorable experience with Vic Lobozzo and subcontractors associated with Vantage Construction. Vic was super responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the project Vic was extremely helpful providing economical options to help us remain within budget. Attention to detail, quality of materials and workmanship was top notch. Vic ensured upkeep and cleanliness throughout the project from start to finish.
 
On the front end, Vic secured permits and provided oversight for the inspection process.
 
During the course of our project, we elected to install a whole house generator. Vic provided expertise by identifying options for us to consider and brought in the necessary contractors and experts to complete the project to code.
 
On a personal note, we absolutely love our finished basement and wine cellar. Vic is a great guy to work with and we highly recommend Vantage Construction.

I’ve had the pleasure to know and work with Victor in his capacity of “a builder of new homes” for over 15 years now. Victor and Vantage Construction have built many of the finest luxury residences in the twin municipalities of Warren and Watchung in beautiful Somerset County, N.J. They really take pride in their work and incorporate the fine details that too many builders try to shortcut to pinch pennies. We purchased our home from Vantage almost 5 years ago, we moved to Westfield because we fell in love with our new home. The workmanship is breathtaking, the details such as the crown moulding, the ceilings, the stain glass windows, the finished bar in the basement to name a few, are of such high quality. I do not think there is anything Vantage have not thought of, not only that, there has been nothing of significance that has needed to be repaired.

We constantly have guests comment on how beautiful the details, design and layout of our home is, particularly the basement, a fantastic layout in the bar, games area and wine cellar, many a party has been hosted there.

I have also been amazed and appreciative of the after sales service that Vic in particular has provided to us. I have called on a few occasions with minor queries and Vic has responded straight away and often come out as well to make sure everything is okay. He has been fabulous.

Lastly, one thing that really impressed me was that during the recent hurricane and lack of power the basement did not have one drop of water. This is despite our neighbors houses experiencing some flooding. I cannot say strongly enough how impressed I am with Vantage Construction, the quality of their work, their design ideas and post-sale follow up is beyond compare. I would recommend them to anyone wholeheartedly, when purchasing a new house or remodeling.

Our house was built by Vantage about 6 years ago. The house was nicely constructed with special attention to details. We constantly receive compliments on the crown moldings throughout house, detailing in the bathroom, etc. More importantly Vic and his team have been responsive to any requests/questions that we have had. As I said we have been in the house for 6 years and still call him with questions and he is extremely responsive.
