My wife and I live in a new boutique condominium project built by Vantage Construction in downtown South Orange. We are very pleased with our unit and the building’s construction quality. Vic and his team remain involved in the project as the property management entity and they have kept the building running smoothly and professionally. If ever any resident has a question or concern the Vantage team works diligently to answer and resolve any issues. Over the few years I have lived here I have become friendly with Vic and when we ultimately move into a house and possibly need a contractor, Vantage will be my first phone call.

Vantage Construction has just completed a large addition to both sides of our home and completely finished our basement. We could not be more pleased with the results. The word everyone uses when entering our home is “seamless”. You cannot tell where our home previously ended and where the new addition begins. Throughout the entire process there was not a day that we did not have people working and their quality of work and work ethic were truly remarkable. If any questions arise, a single phone call or email would resolve any concerns within hours not days. When planning the addition, most people warned us to plan on at least an extra month or so, because additions never finish on time. Well not only was our project finished on time, it was totally cleaned and in move-in condition. We truly cannot be more pleased with Vantage Construction and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to build, add on or renovate.
